Time: 19:15 for a 19:30 start

Venue: Clubhouse, Sports Academy (green entrance), Hartpury University & Hartpury College, Hartpury, GL19 3BE. Number for the Sports Academy – 01452 702688

Travelling to the site

By Car: Post code GL19 3BE. This will direct you to Hartpury College, (Hopefully via the A417). Once you see the sign for Hartpury College turn down onto the C67. The entrance for the main campus is on the right hand side, just before a short row of houses. Follow signs for the main car park. There is a one way system in place. Parking on site in the main car is free of charge.

Please note, there is now a barrier system in place at the sports academy car park which is not accessible in the evening.

To get to the sports academy, walk straight down the hill towards a large amount of noise & lights. Before you will be a large building take a left with a large synthetic pitch on the left hand side & enter the building on the right.

The meeting will be held in the clubhouse. Once in the building there is a set of stairs in the left hand corner as you enter the building. Take the stairs (a lift is available if required). Take a left at the top of the stairs, through a set of double doors and follow the corridor all the way down.

Secretaries, table officials, referees,coaches and players who may wish to learn more regarding the new rules and interpretations (note players will be able to give examples for the session leader to work through with referees/players/and coaches).


3rd May 2020 - Cup & Plate Finals Day - Hartpury College

Followed by the presentation evening.


17th June 2020 - Annual General Meeting - Churchdown Club @ 19:00

215 Raiders -v- Pumas, will now be played on Monday 3rd February, 2020 at the University.

221 Warriors B -v- Pumas, will now be played on Saturday 25th January, 2020 at Gloucester College.
