Update: Kings- Suspended Players

Having submitted all communication from Kings and to Kings, league rules and minutes from the AGM to Basketball England they have now confirmed the following:

• The action taken was appropriate in the circumstances and in line with GBBA rules as ratified at the AGM.
• The suspended players remain suspended indefinitely ie until monies owed by the individual players,as part of the Kings club/team as registered, has been paid.

In line with advice given, both the West of England and The West Midlands Associations have been/will be informed.

Basketball England also offered to investigate acting on our behalf to recover the monies due. At this time I have declined the support, preferring to leave it with no pay no play, to bring an end to the matter.
