The Annual General Meeting of Gloucestershire Basketball Association will take place at Tewkesbury Rugby Club, Gander Lane GL20 5PG, on Monday 3 June at 19:00 prompt.
Some light refreshments will be served, and the bar will be available before and after the meeting.
All teams in current membership of the league are required to send a representative. There is a £25 fine for any team failing to do so.
Other guests are only permitted with the advance permission of the Chair.
Each team which has no debts to the association has one vote.
As usual, we plan to run an efficient meeting, giving appropriate time to important matters, but dealing with routine business quickly.
Therefore, please submit the following to me by Monday 27 May:
Proposals for changes to the rulesMatters for the agenda (with any related papers if appropriate)The first part of the meeting will cover routine AGM business, and league structure for 2013-14.
After the refreshments break, development and any other matters will be discussed.
The meeting is planned to conclude by 21:00, with a latest cut off at 21:15.

Summer training starts this week for the 33rd England Basketball League season at Gloster Jets, at Deer Park School, Stroud Road, Cirencester GL71XB
- Under 14 and Under 16 Boys (current school years 7-10) on Wednesdays 6.30-8.30
- Under 16 and Under 18 Boys (current school years 7-12) on Fridays 6.30-8.30
All players are welcome, regardless of previous experience, and we are particularly keen to recruit for U14 boys and U14/16 girls.

First session is free of charge and commitment.
Training for U18 boys (current years 11 & 12) will start after the exam period. Please email or phone 01452 611320 for details.

If any of these matches are played before the A.G.M., I'll correct the scores accordingly.

Worcester Wolves are running their National League trials on Friday 31st May and 7th June, 2013, from 6.30pm to 9pm, at the new University Arena in Worcester.
